99 calories afternoon snack: Crispy pan-fried banana

I remembered the last time that I told myself that " no more snacks, healthy food please " , I was still snacking a packet of cheese stick away at my desk. 

Therefore, I decided to spend some therapeutic time in the kitchen today before the week is coming to an end.

5 mins Afternoon Snack: Crispy pan-fried banana 





First I cut the banana into circular shape then pan fried it for a minute one each side.             

Tip* I decided not to put any oil. Or else, it might turn into fried bananas

Subsequently scoop some greek yoghurt on each banana piece
Sprinkle some of your favourite cereals (mine is kellogg berries) on top of it.
And your 99 calories afternoon snack is ready to served!
